With three offices in the UK, our client has a requirement for a Nationwide, fully maintained Contract Hire product for their company vehicles. We advise the HR function on suitable vehicle lists for staff at all levels. We have also assisted in the creation of the Company Car Policy.

As an additional service we also offer advice to drivers opting out of the Company Car scheme and taking a cash allowance/personal lease.

A Multi-National manufacturer - 170 vehicles in the UK

Our client is a global manufacturer with both sales and manufacturing operations in the UK. They regularly migrate staff to the UK from America and Mainland Europe. We assist these drivers with a bespoke list of vehicles that suit their personal and business needs whilst remaining within their employer's Car Policy.

A Facilities Management company - 20 vehicles

Our client is a large building and facilities management supplier. They have a car and light commercial vehicle fleet that is required to be fully operational 365 days of the year. We ensure this level of service is met with a proactive Fleet Management facility, plus monthly reporting back to the Finance Director to highlight any possible issues and give our recommendations.

Global Recruitment Consultancy - 50 vehicles in the UK

In 2003 we were invited to tender for the supply of a fully outsourced Fleet Management and financing facility. At the time our client was a new-start business with strong aspirations to swiftly grow. This meant that we needed to create a car policy that met with the needs of a new and flexible business but that was robust enough to operate efficiently as the fleet and its requirements grew. This business now employs 400 staff from six UK offices. Benchmark supplies full driver contact (not sure what this is?) and Contract Hire as well as a consultancy service for drivers looking at a cash alternative.
